Training
I offer Canadian Reiki Association approved in-person training in Traditional Japanese Usui Reiki Practitioner Levels I (Shoden), II (Okuden) and III (Shinpiden).
Each of my courses takes place over at least one week to allow for meaningful direct experiences with all teachings before certification.
Training with me points the way to practicing Reiki with self awareness, kindness and respect.
Calm Care Reiki honours Mikao Usui's 100 year old tradition of daily spiritual self practice as the foundation for quality presence for the greater good.
Acceptance into successive training levels subject to spiritual readiness.

Direct experiences with all teachings.
Day One - Classroom. Teachings, tools and techniques for the Level. Energy attunements. Time to reflect on teachings and practice. Guidance with creating and maintaining a daily spiritual self care practice routine.
Self Care Practice Week(s) - At home. Daily practice with the Day One teachings, tools and techniques. Teacher available for consultation.
Day Two - Classroom. Review the self care practice week with the Day One teachings, tools and techniques. More Day One teachings and practice as needed. Energy attunements. Day Two teachings and practice. Guidance with maintaining a daily spiritual self care practice routine. Certification with proficiency.

Face mask is optional during session.
If you get sick before training, stay home and call me to cancel. Your prepayment will be credited to rescheduled training for when you are feeling better.

Minimum 3 months daily spiritual self care practice with Usui Reiki System since Level I certification.

Level I Students from other schools :
In-person Level I Certification training from a Certified Reiki Teacher.
Minimum 3 months daily spiritual self care practice with Reiki System since Level I certification.
Conversation about spiritual readiness for Level II.
