Usui Reiki is a spiritual practice for life.
Calm Care Reiki training and mentorship in the traditional Japanese Reiki system honours a spiritual tradition, a lineage of caring Practitioners and points the way to a path of vitality, personal development and service.
I offer Canadian Reiki Association approved training in
Usui Reiki Level I, Level II, Master Practitioner and Reiki Teacher.
Calm Care Reiki classes are unique.
A generous one week training process for each Level :
Day One - Introduces core practices. Student direct experience with each.
Self Practice Week - Student daily spiritual practice.
Day Two - Discuss Self Practice Week. Review Day One teachings.
Day Two teachings. Certification.
Focus on a daily spiritual practice as the foundation of being a Practitioner.
Small classes for more individual mentorship.
Direct experience with all techniques before Certification.
Attunements before each key learning point.

Traditional Japanese Usui Reiki System Training and Certification takes place in-person with a Certified Usui Reiki Teacher.
In-person energy Attunements between Teacher and Student before key learning stages is an essential process of the Usui Reiki System.
In-person mentorship by Teacher supports Student to honour the principles of Usui Reiki practice and to have meaningful direct experience with each technique before Certification.
Acceptance in successive training levels subject to spiritual commitment and readiness of student as assessed by Teacher.
